Wecordy is an online communication platform that allows users to communicate via text, voice, or video. Wecordy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Account and Security

• The User is responsible for the security of their account.
• Sharing and protecting passwords is the sole responsibility of the user.
• While Wecordy takes necessary technical measures in case of unauthorized access or data loss, it is not responsible for damages arising from user errors.
• You are responsible for all actions carried out through your account.

4. User Conduct

When using Wecordy, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Not to share content that is illegal, threatening, insulting, harassing, obscene, harmful, or violates the rights of other persons.
• Not to distribute spam, fraud, or malware.
• Not to engage in conduct that would prevent the operation of or overload the service.

If these rules are violated, Wecordy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

5. Content Ownership

All content created by users belongs to the user. However, the user grants Wecordy a limited, revocable right to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Wecordy does not share or transfer user content to third parties without permission.

Voice conversations and screen shares are not recorded. Screen shares are periodically checked for sexual content by AI on the computer where the sharing takes place.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wecordy brand, logo, software codes, design, and all audio-visual elements belong to the Wecordy developer team. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of these elements is prohibited.

7. Modification or Termination of Service

Wecordy reserves the right to modify the content or functions of the service or to terminate the service completely at any time. In this case, users will be reasonably notified.

8. Disclaimer

Wecordy makes no warranties that the service will operate in an uninterrupted, error-free, or specific purpose-fit manner. The user uses the service at their own risk.

Wecordy cannot be held responsible for indirect or direct data loss, loss of profit, or third-party claims.

9. Validity and Amendments

These Terms become effective as of the date of publication. Wecordy may update the Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when published on the website.
